Creamy semi-finished product made from pure tiger nut, a tuber widely distributed worldwide, commonly known as “chufa”, mainly used in the production of horchata, as well as beverages and compounds for finished products. A superfood, low in fat, high in fibre and protein and naturally sweet, ideal for developing products with little or no added sugar.

From the traditional almond paste for a daily “fresh” almond milk, to the ideal product for Amaretto and Almond cookies. Policom Professional Almond Paste solutions, from 28% to 45% of almond content, for pastry and confectionery industry.

The first and only product for modelling and good to eat! Our “Pasta Design” is an Almond & Cocoa butter Paste ideal for cake design and decorations. Perfectly colourable, easy to work by hands even during the hottest months and perfect for covering high acid products (such as cream).

Our Marzipan is made of 54% almond. The perfect ingredient for any creation both cold and hot, as premium ingredient for pastry, ice cream producers and confectionery industries. Also available in the “cylinders” shape for Panettone and croissant fillings.

Spreadable and filling creams, up to 60% of nuts, also available in lactose-free versions. In versions without vegetable fats added different from dried fruit, they are also ideal for pre-oven fillings. We develop customized recipes for origins, blending, in compliance with certification standards and required applications.

Blend of nuts and sugar, without emulsifier, free from preservatives and flavors, for creamy and natural Granitas (water-ice), following our Mediterranean tradition. Ready to use mixing it with water, and workable both in ice cream and in slush dispensers.
