It is the best base for almond milk, slushies, sweets and homemade ice cream. An exclusive selection of Italian almonds for a rich, natural and genuine flavour, as per the traditional southern recipe, with no added preservatives and dyes.
The first and only edible modelling product!
“Pasta Design” is an almond and cocoa butter paste ideal for cake design and decorations. It can be coloured, worked by hand even during the hottest months, and used for covering acid products (such as cream).
Our marzipan has 54% almond content. It is the ideal product for any hot or cold creation, a high-quality ingredient for pastry shops, ice cream parlours and the confectionery industry. It is also available in small “cylinders” for filling panettone and colomba cakes and croissants.
